gotta love how 80% of this page is literally just placeholders
I think the Hunter is wearing a sort of “headdress” or “helmet” of moss and thorns (or perhaps the teeth from other beasts that he’s hunted?). He must use the helmet as camouflage while he waits for his prey to cross him, being a solitary predator. Just my theory, but I don’t think his eyes are inside his mouth - rather his head and face are completely hidden within the moss and tooth/thorn headdress, and his glowing eyes are staring out.
Though, seeing as this *is* a Metroidvania-style game, TC very well might have drawn inspiration from Phantoon of Metroid while designing the Hunter...
Also, I have no idea what kind of insectoid creature he might be. Huge, unidentifiable, anthropomorphic beast... His body is almost like that of a full-grown Vessel, but more skeletal. I mean... what is he? I suppose we will never know...
