A journal left behind by a long-dead traveller. The words are written in a forgotten dialect and difficult to understand. Relic from Hallownest's past. This item now holds little value except for those dedicated to the kingdom's history.

Wanderer's Journal is an Item in Hollow Knight. It is a journal that is in the form of a tablet and is found all throughout the world mostly next to the body of a traveler. Whatever is written on the tablet is unfortunately unknown and cannot be read, however, it can be traded with Relic Seeker Lemm (who claims to be able to understand what is written) for a reasonable amount of Geo. Trade Items are special items that can be used to trade with certain NPCs or Merchants to gain rewards or request services, provided the required item is handed over.
