NPCs in Hollow Knight are the non-playable inhabitants of Hallownest that The Knight will come across on their journey. These NPCs provide information and add context to the game's story and the world's lore. Most NPCs can be interacted with by listening to their dialogue. Their inner monologue can also be heard once The Knight obtains the Dream Nail.
